Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them.
If there are any changes to our normal dispatch times (for example, during peak seasons or public holidays), we’ll update this page accordingly.

Some items — such as mugs, towels, or larger gift products — may be shipped separately to the rest of your order depending on stock levels or fulfilment location.


Dispatch & Collection Times

Our Royal Mail collection times are Monday to Friday at 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

We’re usually in the studio packing, designing, and thinking up new ideas even on weekends — so if your order is marked as dispatched outside of normal working hours, it will still be collected on the next working day.


Delivery Timescales (after dispatch)

Once your order has left us, you can expect delivery within the following estimated timeframes:

Royal Mail 1st Class 1–3 working days Fast, reliable UK delivery.
Royal Mail 2nd Class 3–7 working days Budget-friendly option.
Europe 3–10 working days Excludes any customs delays.
International (Rest of World) 5–10 working days May take longer if held at customs.

Please note these are Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times — they’re not guaranteed and can vary, especially during busy periods.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in branded Wonky packaging, because we’re proud of what we do (and we hope you are too).
If your order is a surprise or a gift, we recommend using an alternative delivery address at checkout — our packaging isn’t shy. 😄


Delivery Delays & Missing Orders

While most orders arrive right on time, Royal Mail can sometimes experience delays that are beyond our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (for UK orders), please contact us at weare@wonkycards.com so we can investigate.

We’ll raise a query with Royal Mail and do everything we can to help resolve it quickly.
Please note that missing orders can only be investigated or resolved within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
