Refund & Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with your order or the service you’ve received, please get in touch with us by emailing weare@wonkycards.com.

Returns & Refunds

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for print-on-demand, personalised, or plantable products (since each one is made just for you) — unless the item is defective or we’ve made an error on our end.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us in the same condition you received it.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), we’ll email you to confirm whether a refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll process the refund as soon as possible — usually within 7 working days — using the same payment method originally used at checkout.

Refunds for defective products will include the cost of the item, the original delivery fee, and any reasonable cost incurred in returning it to us.


Delivery & Delays

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail services.
We’re unable to issue refunds for late deliveries unless the item is returned to us in its original condition.


Missing Orders

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
While it’s rare, some items can be delayed or go missing in transit.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe (see our Delivery page for guidance), please email weare@wonkycards.com so we can investigate.

We’ll raise a query with Royal Mail as soon as you get in touch — and if you can include details of your local sorting office, that helps speed things up.

Please note: missing orders can only be investigated or resolved within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
After this period, you’ll need to contact Royal Mail directly.
